While it is still an excellent league starter and a fantastic choice in Solo Self-Found, the potential for it to be an all-out monster truly deserving of the title “Ultimate” has been stripped down significantly.
This build has definitely taken a hit in Scourge with Elemental Equilibrium being moved across the tree and far from the remaining Minion nodes. While the full scope of the changes have not yet been fully felt, we expect several updates to this build over the first week of the league as new insights are gained through playtesting. The Scourge Challenge League has turned Path of Exile on its head in many new and exciting ways.
